A new Roof Master Built-Up Torch-On-Felt roofing system was used for this reroof.
First layer: Perforated venting layer
Second layer: Flexpol TRV
Third layer: Nordgum charcoal grey mineral
Edges and upstands in charcoal grey mineral.
The existing Lead flashing was removed and replaced with new Code 5 Lead, and a new course of tiles was installed directly below the flat roof.
